    • 1989

      Beginnings

      JAD United Services was founded in Damascus by Maen Ajlyakin, an electrical engineer holding an MBA in Business Management from institutions in both the UK and the USA, and Bana Roukbi, a graduate of Economics and Commerce with an MBA in Business Management from the University of Damascus. With no capital beyond their expertise, relentless discipline, and 20-hour workdays, they launched the company while raising a young family.
    • 1995

      Ascent

      After six years of serving diplomatic missions and international organizations, JAD expands its operations to the Syrian private sector, extending its reach beyond Damascus to cover all regions of the country.
    • 2000

      Momentum

      JAD reaches 2,000 highly skilled employees, with a workforce defined by gender balance and local recruitment at all levels. The company also expands its service portfolio to include promotion and sampling.
    • 2005

      Anchor

      JAD constructs its first warehouse compound and rapidly expands into logistics, warehouse management, packaging, and distribution—servicing major international organizations including WFP, UNICEF, and other INGOs.
    • 2025

      Rebirth

      In December 2024, the founding family reclaims its rightful property after years of occupation by the former regime and its allies, and safely returns to Damascus. Full operations resume immediately across all sectors.
